Card Swap

I am excited to be spend part of my Sunday at my first Stampin' Up! Demonstrator event. I decided to participate in the card swap at the event. I made 50 card fronts to swap with other attendees. After a few designs I settled on this one.

I needed to vary the designer series paper a bit to make a total of 50 cards, so here is a variation.

Tips:
1. Remember that the paper in the Holiday catalog can be used on general cards. I love the kraft side of the Under the Tree Designer Series paper.
2. Do not forget about your older tools. I had not used my Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die in a long time. My first card idea only used a butterfly punch, but I am glad that my design evolved to use a few different butterflies.

I set up an extra table in our office to make an "assembly line" for this process. Luckily the table is not in the way because I have nine other cards to make for the Fun 'N Crafty Stampers swap. After making fifty, making nine does not sound like too many, but I need to complete them quickly. What are you up to this week?
